Good Morning, World

Today I decided to make pancakes for the family. I don’t cook, like at all. Especially since I met my wife who loves cooking. However, I can make pancakes. Take a look!

So here’s what I used…

1 cup of Flour, 1 tablespoon of Sugar, 1 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Powder, 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda, 1 cup of Milk, 1 Apple, 1 large Egg, 1 tablespoon of Butter or Margarine

The FIRST thing you do is CORE and PEEL the apple. It’s pretty simple, even I can do it. Then you slice it however you want! Use your judgement!

Next, you add ALL of the DRY ingredients into a large bowl and grab a whisk or a spatula to mix it all up nicely.

(flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, apple slices)

Congratulations on making it THIS FAR! You’re almost finished 🙂

Go grab yourself a drink, and prepare for the next step!

Welcome back, fam! Let’s continue shall we?

Now let’s gather all those wet ingredients together and whisk them into a small bowl!

(milk, egg, butter)

Next, we put the wet and the dry ingredients TOGETHER!!!

Don’t forget to mix them together really well with a SPATULA!

Now we can start cooking! You’ll probably want to use that same SPATULA to dollop some pancake mix onto the griddle.

Pro tip!!! Flip the pancakes with a flippy spatula!

Once the pancakes look a bit like this, they’re ready to enjoy!

Just add you’re preferred toppings and dig in! Great for the kids too!
